Noh, ennenkuin annettiin auton viedä, käytiin tsekkailemassa paikallisia nähtävyyksiä, kuten Askalan voimalaitoksen aluetta. Kuiva joenpohja oli iltavalossa oikein kuvauksellinen. Pojat otti neulanreikäkuvia digirungolla.



Before giving in to the call of the road, we checked out some of the local sights, the Askala power station in the Paimio river. The rocky riverbed was pictoresque in the evening light. The guys were shooting pinhole images with the digital SLR.


Muutama nätti horsmankukka oli vielä tienlaidassa.
There were still a few pretty fireweeds by the road.



Paikallinen yhdistys hoitaa alueen niittyjä ja taloa, ja tilalla on ainakin hevonen ja lampaita. Heinät oli seipäillä ja liinaharjainen kaveri sai pari nyrkillistä apilaa aidan takaa.



A local organisation maintains an old farm house and the surrounding meadows. We met a friendly blond lady, who received a bunch or two of fresh clover from behind the fence.



Aah. Pellon laidasta löytyi huikea vattupaikka!
We found some amazing raspberries by the field!



Illan kruunasi keikka hiekkakuopille ja sauna.
The evening was rounded off by a trip to the sand pits and sauna.
