Neiti Karo voi hienosti, ja on palautunut lähes täysin ennalleen. Takajaloissa on vielä vähän heikkoutta, mutta se tuskin enää korjaantuukaan. Näin jatketaan ja pärjätään ja toivotaan, että tilanne ei uusiudu.
Miss Karo is doing well and has made an almost complete recovery. She has some weakness in the hind legs and back body in general, but that will probably never change. We go on like this and just hope the problems will not return.

Friday was halloween party at IDEO, where groups made pretty nice costumes in different themes. In the evening there was a party at the San Francisco office that we both went to. Brian got lots of cool-points for his very conceptual thunder cloud costume, complete with yellow rain coat. Katja just had some red lights in her collar and cuffs, which was interesting but did not really represent anything.

Perjantaina oli IDEOn halloween-kemut lounastunnilla, eri studiot olivat väsänneet oikein hienoja teema-asuja. Illalla oli myös bileet San Franciscon toimistossa ja menimme sinnekin. Brian keräsi pisteet kotiin hyvin käsitteellisellä ja heh fotorealistisella ukkospilvellään, minkä lisäksi hänellä oli keltainen sadekaapu. Katjalla oli punaisia valoja kauluksessa ja hihansuissa, ja vaikka se näytti hienolta, se ei varsinaisesti esittänyt mitään.

Viikonloppu on kulunut siivoskellessa, pyykätessä ja halloweeniin valmistautuessa. Naapurit rakentavat lentokentän turvallisuusportin talonsa eteen ja me autoimme myös lentokoneen rungon rakentamisessa (kulissi). Kyllä minäkin lentäisin JetBoo -yhtiöllä! Niiden koneella pääsee suoraan Hellsinkiin... Niin, sitten menisin ensi viikon perjantaina Taikkiin sinne pidettäviin Maskerad-naamiaisiin!
The weekend went by with cleaning, laundry and halloween preparation. The neighbours are building an airport security gate in front of their house and we also helped build part of a plane. I would certainly love to fly JetBoo, they have a direct flight to Hellsinki... Then I could go to the Maskerad costume party at Taik next Friday!
