26.1.2009 - lepotauko

Postittaminen on jäänyt vähiin - ei sen takia, etteikö olisi mitää tapahtunut, päinvastoin. Olemme avanneet uuden blogin uudelle ihmiselle, ja valtaosa ajasta menee nimenomaan tämän uuden ihmisen parissa. Siispä, käykääpäs katsomassa mitä Petran elämään kuuluu siellä toisessa blogissa, jota toistaiseksi ainakin olemme onnistuneet päivittämään lähes päivittäin.

There has not been much posting here - not because of lack of events, on the contrary. We have opened a new blog for our new person, and most of our time is in fact spent with this new person. 8.1.2009 - uuden alun partaalla

Raskaus on nyt tasan viikon yli, ja yleinen mielipide esittää, että esimerkiksi tänään olisi oikein hieno päivä syntyä... Eilen illalla oli ensimmäiset heikot mutta säännöllisiä supistuksia, joten jotain toivoa tähän suuntaan voidaan jo esittää.

The pregnancy is now exactly one week over, and the general consensus is that today would be as fine a day as any to be born... Yesterday evening saw the first mild but regular contractions, so there might even be some chance of this happening now.
